Field Select Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

WINE OVERVIEW

6th generation Napa farmer Haley Wight proves that good quality wine starts in the farm with this refined Cab.

Tasting Notes

The 2021 Hayfork Field Select is a more concentrated Cabernet made with 9% of the Lewelling Ranch Petit Verdot and our very favorite block of Clone 6 Cabernet. Expressive notes of chocolate, violets, graphite, and dried herbs lend complexity to this fruit driven cabernet with plenty of depth and richness.

Food Pairing

Pairs well with heartier meat entrees like grilled steak, beef short ribs or roast lamb.
